🔍 Project Overview
Our project, titled: “High-Dimensional Transformation of Healthcare Data to Identify Private Health Insurance Members at Risk of Hospitalization from Chronic Diseases,” focuses on leveraging Hospital Casemix Protocol (HCP) data from Australian hospitals to identify Private Health Insurance (PHI) members at risk of hospitalization within 365 days due to Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Osteoarthritis (OA).

This project aims to develop a robust, scalable predictive model that enables PHIs to proactively identify members at risk and intervene through targeted CDMPs. The model will use routinely collected HCP data, enabling evidence-based decision-making and long-term healthcare cost reduction.
