This masterclass will look at a range of valuation methodologies to provide you with a number of reference points for assessing the value of your own company. You will learn what a SAFE Note is, what a Convertible Note is, and you will come out with a valuation range for your start-up. At the end of the masterclass, you will have the tools to produce defensible valuations as you prepare to negotiate with your investors.

You will gain knowledge of the various sources of capital, the capital lifecycle and an appreciation for the needs of capital providers. At the end of the masterclass, you will have the tools to identify sources of capital and the ‘smart money’ and have the confidence to prospect, qualify and engage with credentialed investors, supercharging your efforts to a successful capital raise.
