Participants will be guided through a stakeholder identification matrix which will be valuable regardless of whether they are on a commercialiastion pathway. They will understand the difference between stakeholders, audiences and customers and the messaging requirements for each. We’ll finish up by introducing the concept of Value Proposition and how this aligns to various audience groups.
